DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are roasted and processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard delivery over £40
International shipping is available to most countries. Please contact us for more information.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lands End Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still fully sealed.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and and your return to the following address:

The buyer covers the cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
